I had ordered a Skullcandy earbuds on 22nd September 2023 by mistake and paid an amount, but as I realized I don't need them I wrote to customer service and cancelled the order and was assured that the refund will reflect in 12-14 working days.
But it has been more than 3 weeks and I haven't got my refund, i contacted them again as I needed the money urgently for something but they said it is being processed and no specific timeline was given.
I could not get the money at the hour of my need.
I request competent authority to take notice and make my money refund with a compensation for the delay.
