I purchased the skull candy inked earphone from flipkart in the month of august 2018 and they have stopped working and i have been seeking help to the warranty for this product. When i call customer services number no one ever answer i always get the prompt at the end that all our customer care executive are busy try again later or contact on email. I have written an email as well and i have been informed that the ticket has been opened: ticket id [#160660#] and that someone will respond to your query within 2 working days, appreciate your patience. However it almost a week and no response at all. They don't even reply the emails now.
I will be forced to raise a complaint to the governing body if my issue is not addressed soon.
I heard good reviews about skull candy and this is why i blindly opted to buy the earphones. My experience is very bad so far even a local company takes better care of their customer and such poor service is not expected from a big brand like skull candy.
