Hi,

I had purchased a wireless earphone from dublin airport on 15-feb-2018 but after 3 months it stop working, when it was purchased it was having one year international warranty on the product.
I have raised the request to skull candy india team and ticket no is 108467, but not received any update after that.
I have provided original receipt copy as well.

Please help.

I received the new earphones but it is the same after 10 days it stopped working. I have again sent mail to the customer care department but did not receive any communication for the same. Thanks Ritesh

Skullcandy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
