I have requested the payout call for the last ten days due to my child hospital expenses but it was rejected on daily basis by late evening. I called their higher authorities, they said no issue with your account please request one more time definitely you will get it. I tried continuously for ten days but all of my requests were rejected by SKY. Finally I realized these people are cheating and I wrote one mail to them requesting for account closure. Again no response from them. I called them for the status of my request but they said your account closure proposal was under SEBI approval. The client made his entire payout on 29th Jul 2021 itself and made the trading account to NIL balance. He has not contacted for payout as his ledger balance is NIL since 30th Jul 2021. We request the authorities to close the complaint and confirm. Since, option o[censored]ploading the ledger statement is not avaialble, we are unable to upload the same here, but we have already shared with the client. Hence, we are denying all the allegations raised by the client in the forum and request the authorities to close the complaint and confirm the same for our records.
