Sleepwell — complaint regarding the mattress

I had purchased a mattress on 21/7/18 with bill no 1602 amounting 41, 200 from vidhata enterprises, naughar. The mattress has dugged in from one end and there is no responses on the toll free contact mentioned on the website. Please assign someone to look over the matter and have the mattress replaced because this quality is not acceptable from a brand name like this.

I was ordered on 6th November 2018, ordered materials are not received. I was call to customer care, they are also not proper answer for the status and mail to the sleepwell company, but they reply to my mail also. Please help to raise the complaint to the consent sleep well to get my money and i was suffer lot due to the company.

I need my money refund as the quality of matterss very poor Sleepwell ultima.
Compesation for back pain arise by using said mattress
Matter to be resovled soon, otherwise matter shall go to consumer forum.
