Sleepwell — increase in back problem after using sleep well mattresses

My husband has a severe back pain for which we went to buy a new mattress. We were recommended to use the spine tech mattresses for its spine technology by the sleepwell executive. But instead of reducing the pain it has increased the pain tenfold. Urgently need to exchange the mattress. We have bought the mattress recently only. Please do the needful at the earliest

I may pls inform u that no one is attending the call properly .my problem is yet to b solved . I called up 3 times but no one is clearing my doubts .pls resolve my problem if there is any responsible person in this company . Very bad 1st experience. I don't know how this reputed company will behave like this to customer .
