Hi team,
I have raised an multiple complaints from last two years but no body is taking responsibility of my issue.my all family members are sufferings from bank pain due to this fault matters which delivered to me.
I have raised an complaint again on 1st march with complaint no 170052 and finally service person visited my home and he also found that the mattress has slots issue and he said it's a manufacturing defects and every try to call customer to get an update but they said they have arranged the call with maneger but still did get any response.
Please take appropriate actions on priority otherwise I will escalate it higher management of sleepewell company.
