Sleepwell Mattress — memory foam mattress sagging with lumps.

Just 1 year since i purchased 8-10 in"springwell memory foam with pocket spring mattress, purchased at high cost but just within a year its sagging & sinking, with lumps on one side. For my another bedroom i purchased similar 10in" same type kurlon mattress which is much better than springwell as it's still fine with no issues. Please replace the mattress as there is guarantee for it, besides if we get such problems within a short time for such a high priced mattress than what's the worth of buying branded mattress.
