Sleepwell — regarding mattress esteem

I have ordered sleep well esteem softtech but dealer delivered esteem support tech wrong product when I asked for replacement they are saying it will not be replaced, ordered through up haryana store abul fazal okhla new Delhi

I called multiple times customer care but they are not giving me correct response

This matress is not good for me and my health

I had purchase two mattresses activa firmtec 72x35x4
s.No. Lp6mhbcm and enq07ydp on 15.05.2018, the mattresses pressed in two-three places

this may be checked and replaced/repaired at the earliest.

I have earlier given complaint, one week ago, but still no response is received from your side.

This may be treated as urgent.
