This is to bring to your notice that we have raised a complaint #104900 for the replacement of my mattress on 01-Oct-2018 and it’s more than 2 months and the issue is still open
After multiple follow-ups with the vendor there was a visit from the Sleepwell executive on 15-Nov-2018 post have not heard any update. He informed that we will receive the vouchers in maximum of 7 days
We tried calling both Vendor and Executive but to no avail
It’s becoming really frustrating as there has been no concrete actions done by either Vendor or Sleepwell executive. We have at least followed- up 25-30 times on the same topic but no avail.
Not sure if we need to go to the Consumer forum to sort this out, because a s per the Guarantee/Warranty card and referring to your replacement policies this should have been completed within 15-20 days

Request you to take urgent action and close this on priority. Kindly escalate this matter to the right authorities and close on replacement
