Dear Concern,
My Complaint is still pending and i have not received any revert from your side and whenever i call t your customer care, they always arrange a call back but never receive the call back. It is very difficult to speak to your customer care because it never landed to customer care executive. Today again i called many times but fortunately spoke with customer representative Mr Sunny and wanted to speak to any senior person but still he did not transfer the call and said they are not available.
Being a customer, it is a harassment for me neither i am not connectable with your customer care nor my complaint getting solved. Today when i spoke with your customer representative Sunny, he said, my invoice is still pending and he want my warranty card along with my invoice at the time of purchase. I did not get any information that this company need these details again. I am surprise because i did not get any call for this but when i called then i got to know.
Still i am Waiting for my mattresses need to replace.

Deae Concern,
I purchased your company mattress on 30th August 2020 from Dealer Jain Form Center situated in Gandhi nagar, Delhi-110031. It was a defected piece which was spreading from the corner. I raised the complaint on your complaint number [protected].
Somebody came from your side and check the matress and raised the replacement request and told us that it would be replace during 10 to 15 days maximum but till yet only i m doing the follow up but did not receive the replacement. I am attaching the warranty card along with attachment copy of your engineer who visited and told us about the replace.He came on 5th but till yet no response. The matter has already taken more time so please resolve it on priority.
