Sleepwell — sleepwell dignity supportec mattress

I have purchased 2 matress of size 75x78x125 mm from sleepwell gallery, pankaj enterprises, nit faridabad on 22/07/2017. We were told that these are the hardest matresses. But we find them very soft and uncomfortable since the first day. We are continuously suffering from back pain since then. Kindly look into the matter urgently and change them asap.
