The reason i am reaching out to you is - it's been 5 days my mattress has been delivered however i have still not received the details on cashback/warranty on my mobile number.
I have shared the serial number details with the dealer i had bought the mattress from, even he confirms he has shared the same with your team but till date i have not received any intimation on the warranty status.
Request your team to help me with the update at the earliest.
