I paid for two SmartTV123 OctaAir on 12th February 2018. These are still not delivered. Status not known.
No hope of getting them.

Paid for two SmartTV123 OctaAir on 12th February 2018. Order acceptance and shipment details given below.

Order: 021AD4CB807EE[protected]DFA

The product is not delivered till date 5th April 2018. No response for any number of emails sent requesting for delivering the product. Website claimed that product delivered to India Post. Contacted Post office and they indicated that the shipment number is not as per standard agreement between Post Offices worldwide. Product never given to Indian Postal authorities though company website claims that. Conclusion it appears to be a fake company and we are taken for a ride.
