I was trying to order octa airtv antenna but later decided to not purchase at the last moment and did not complete the order though blscostoner.com

But to my shock my credit card was charged with inr 7482 and additional inr 1431.

Kindly refund the money if taken by you even without completing my order. I have raised with my banker also.

I ordered this product and havnt received in 6 months almost now.

After tracking it down through the web site i found that there have been many people also filling complaint about the same.

We also have noticed that the product have been confiscated by the postal deptt nd i dont know how much this is correct.

We just need to resolve the query

I too ordered two SmartTV Octa Air TV Antenna on 13 April 2018 as on today 12 June 2018 I have not received anything. There is no tracking for the product as on the website the tracking stated that the order has arrived at destination country. Item has been transferred to local post and will no longer receive further updates. That was already on 19 April 2018. I have also phoned the number in South Africa but told to follow tracking on internet.br...

Seller did not made us aware that this product could be confiscated in postal custom department as this could be prohibited item for import. I receive show cause notice from foreign post office custom department regarding the subject antenna has been confiscated and i may be penalise for the same,

Desde el dia 14 de marzo de 2018 solicite el envio de smarttv123 octa-3 units y el dia 17 de marzo de 2018 me confirmaron el envio a mi domicilio pero hasta la fecha 12 de abril de 2018 no me ha llegado el material solicitado el cual se pagó desde el principio de la solicitud.
Espero que me lo envien ya que lo he estado esperando desde el tiempo que estipulan ustedes de 14 a 21 dias habiles y aun no ha llegado.

SmartTV123 Octa – 1 Units tv antenna after prepaying Rs. 3295INR.How ever i have neither received the product nor the refund till date. The customer care is not bothered to redress the complaint despite writing numerous times.
I was only given a shipment number which is of no use as it does not track the consignment.

The product itself is fake. I have received it but i have no idea how to connect it to my tv. Hd tv's don't have a socket for plugging it in and the company does not provide after sales service. My tv only has an hdmi socket and there is no adapter in the market available for plugging in a coaxial cable. I don't know why there are silly restrictions here on no. Of characters....

Please block this company as they are selling fake product and there soft ware is having duplicating of the order and money withdrawal.

I raised the complaint of duplicate order on the same day of purchase but it was not resolved and now product as received but now product is not working as it is just piece of x ray sheet and wire.
