American spirit has different color coding for different kinds of tobacco. So, I ordered an orange pack, 25 grams. Order No: 74563, cost was 1200 rupees. I waited for so many days and at last I received a different tobacco, the packet is yellow in color (means - a different flavor). I tried to reach out to them but they haven't provided any contact no. in the website. I dropped them emails twice but they do not reply. Rs. 1200 is a large amount of money for me, I don't want to waste it in such fraud. It is probably the most basic ettiquette in online selling that if a customer has received a wrong product, the Company would pick it up and commence either refund or replacement.
