I am paramita. Me and my fiance took membership in snap fitness at koramangala, bangalore for 3 months..
Hardly we completed our 1st month.
And today we went to gym and were not able to find my finances shoes.
We used to keep our shoes there at the shoes rack only..
Now the management is telling us that they are not responsible for the shoes. But the thing since we joined gym no one has informed us that we should carry our shoes with us.
Even there is no sign board also..
How we will get to know that they are not responsible for our shoes.
Even most of the members are keeping their shoes there only.
Even before snap fitness we used to go to hammers for 2 years.. But such kind of things never happened like.. My points are very simple..
1. If the gym management are not responsible for our shoes then on the very first day they should inform us this thing.
Who will inform us? Even there is no sign board even that gym management is not responsible for the shoes.. Then how we will get to know..
2. That manager and the gym trainer spoke with us very rudely.. Now my fiance doesn't want to go back to that gym anymore.
Even i also don't want to go after so much of argument and insult.
3. That shoe was brand new.. Puma black and white colour … costs 3.5k..
4. We took membership for 3 months.. Hardly completed 1 months what about the other 2months money.. Because after this incident we really don't want to see snap fitness again in our whole life and the management (Who behaved very rudely since the mistake was their, because they didn't informed us).
I really want my money back for the remaining 2months and as well as want the refund for the shoes as well. Want to cancel the membership for both o[censored]s.
That is really unprofessional behaviour i have ever seen in any gym.
I want the solution from your side asap.
This is really pathetic condition we have ever faced in any gym.
What kind of management is this?
Even today i got to know from others that the same incident happened in the past also from this branch of snap fitness.
But no one is taking any actions against this issues.
If the gym authority can't take the responsibility of their customer's shoes then they should inform this to the members at least they should display the message to any notice board..
But they didn't..
Now they are telling that they are not responsible for this incident.
What kind of non sense is this?
And the top of that they were shouting on us when we asked for the refund..
This is really ridiculous.. With the brand name they can play with people's money..
That manager was threatened me that 'go and do whatever you want. You can't take any action against me i am challenging you'.
Is it the way to talking with the customer?
I want my money back (2 months refund for both o[censored]s and compensation for our brand new shoes, which is missing from the gym)
