No notice given before shutting the gym and money worth rs 5000 not just before 1 day of closing the gym and not refunded after closing the gym even after calling sent mail....

Dear Consumer Forum-
Snap fitness Management has closed the gym dated 24-Dec-2021 without intimating to Gym members you folks have shut down the gym, i have tried reaching out Manish ( Manager ) and Anand ( Trainer ), they were told pls drop the mail and Management will initiate the return. I have paid 12 months advanced membership Amount - 10726.00 INR . Which suppose to start 1/Apr/2022 .

I am a member of snap fitness Indiranagar branch Bangalore. The branch seems to be closed without any notice given and we are unable to address this issue to anyone else regarding transfer or refund.
No proper guidance.Snap fitness being soo reputed has lead down it quality in providing service. Worst experience in snap fitness. Hoping have someone contact us and look into this issue at the earliest....

I am paramita. Me and my fiance took membership in snap fitness at koramangala, bangalore for 3 months..
Hardly we completed our 1st month.
And today we went to gym and were not able to find my finances shoes.
We used to keep our shoes there at the shoes rack only..
Now the management is telling us that they are not responsible for the shoes. But the thing since we joined gym no one has informed...

Hi, I joined snap fitness gym in Kaushambi, Ghaziabad. Taking an annual membership. However without a prior notice it got shut in the middle when my 6 months membership was left. When mailing and calling the head branch, I was promised a refund which I would have got in a month's time. However I never got the refund and they started avoiding. Please get me my money back. It's a huge amount for me....

I joined this company on march 20th hr name : santosh, jeetu, shweta.. I have more than 10 years of experience but these guys are fraud and they will screw you from the time you join.. I submitted my laptop before i left and guess wat these # holes raised a compliant against me just to get money of wat they paid me as salary... I have nothing to explain more you will wat this company is from this itself......
