[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — delay in return pickup scheduled

I have bought dell monitor from snapdeal on 05 Oct, 2016 which has 3 years of warranty. I have raised a request 31 Dec 2018 for a service at dell, they ignored and said that seller reference no is mismatch.

Then after six months of conversation snapdeal agreed on 11th july 2019 to refund the fund. But they not picking up the product so far.

But till now no response from snapdeal. I have made a so many call regarding this but no use.
