[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — I didn't receive the refund amount

I have ordered two items
It’s been more than 2 weeks
I didn’t receive my refunded amount
No customer care call facility is there
Only computerised call
And I’m not satisfied by the complaints on texts … they are just asking me to wait for 24-48 hours
