[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — I have put a oder on snapdeal on 8 april but they cancel the Order and they not given my refund money

Hii, I am syed Mohammad raza I have put a oder on snapdeal for wireless karkoe mic on 8 April and I pay the money using net banking and the 448 rupees is debited from my account but they said we are not get money and they cancel my Oder and said your money is credite into your account in 72 hours .but it’s today 14 April but I yet not get my refund money and they are saying send us your bank statement in pdf format how can i share my bank statement to someone plzzz refund my money
