I bought product from snap-deal at 14 April 2016.I received product at 17 April 2016. but product condition was not good i return the product. My product is picked up by Nuvoex courier service but system show me you pick up is failed plz help what i do i have pick up receipt. last 20 day i haven't received my refund or replacement.i call customer care but i didn't get any support.
