[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Issue with moto g turbo edition 16gb

I ordered moto g turbo edition, after receiving mobile mobile not working properly, touch not working properly and battery is draining fast.
I requested for return the product in snap deal, i got a call from customer care and they told me to reset the mobile and i did what he said but the issue is not resolved.

But in my snap deal account it is showing like replacement request resolved

Our purchase return is not being lifted despite so many calls from my side and promises by them. The return is already delayed by 22days. Every time they fix a new date of lifting the product. We have to bear heavy charges of all calls also made to them. Please help us return this unwanted product.

I ordered for a jacket of rs. 809/-. But I received a black tee shirt of rs. 399/-. I have paid 809/-. How could you be so much irresponsible? I really had a terrific experience . I do not know that whether you had an intention to cheat your customer but you should be more careful about this.

I purchased this keyboard 1 month ago and it already has a defected led light. There is no official razer customer cares in india and snapdeal doesn't provide shop information from where i bought it from. They don't even have any claim policy like ebay or flipkart.
