I ordered for a jacket of rs. 809/-. But I received a black tee shirt of rs. 399/-. I have paid 809/-. How could you be so much irresponsible? I really had a terrific experience . I do not know that whether you had an intention to cheat your customer but you should be more careful about this.

I purchased this keyboard 1 month ago and it already has a defected led light. There is no official razer customer cares in india and snapdeal doesn't provide shop information from where i bought it from. They don't even have any claim policy like ebay or flipkart. Who should i reach out for this defected product?
