Snapdeal.com — Item not delivered

Please refer order I'd [protected] Wolverine Okhli Musal.the status of this item is "delivered" on yesterday.sorry to say that the item is not yet delivered by the delivery agent.of course he has contacted me around 1945hrs on 06/09/2021 and expressed his inability to deliver the item and promised to deliver the same on today morning.
But the item not yet received by me where as a fake delivery confirmation message has been sent to my mobile.
