I placed the ( Jainsons Pet Products Sobo Fish Aquarium Internal Filter (WP-6001) on 2 august, i got the delivery 0n 11 AUG 2021, which was damaged, i informed and share the photo of the damage parts to the Snapdeal on the report problem with the order option, then on 17 AUG 2021, THE DELIVERY GUY CALLED ME FOR RETURNING THE SAME ORDER, FOR WICH HE CAME TO MY PLACE AND PICKEDUP THE COURIER, TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECIVED ANY MESSAGE FROM THE DIVELIVRY TEAM OR FROM THE SNAPDEAL TEAM, I try to contact the Snapdeal customer care team and even on their WhatsApp no [protected], but no reply, I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IS MY DAMAGED PRODUCT BEEN REPLACED OR AM I HAVE MY 775 CASH BACK
