[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Not picking up or refunding

I bought an item from snapdeal on 13th april and they sent me a faulty product which does not charge.

I have raised at least 7 pickup requests which they keep cancelling again and again.It is now the 21st and no pickup has happened and no refund given for faulty product!

They have disabled the calling option as well.

Complete FRAUDS!

Refund my money asap!
