[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — received a fake g shock watch

I recieved a fake gshock watch because auto light feature is not working and clock adjust only happens in clockwise manner. But in real it can also adjust in anticlockwise. Its original price is 7000 approx but they sold it for 2099. There was no tag and warranty card available in the box too. I want a refund and return and the ivr says my number is not valid again and again. [protected]
