Hi,
I had purchased a helmet through snapdeal with order no [protected], and the order was placed as a guest not through signing up in snapdeal. But I received the wrong product. The replacement was done immediately. But I didnt got the refund as of now.
After repeated calls to the customer care, i didnt got any response, but when I had a chance to speak to the customer care executive, they had assured me that the money will be transferred to my credit card with 7 working days. But tll date the money is not transferred.
Recently I signed up to snap deal and found that they have transferred the money to some SD Cash and the same is showing expired. I can use the same.
And not getting connected to customer care for any answer.
I want immediate resolution of my case, and want a full refund in my card.
