We had booked the “Fast track sunglasses “via order no [protected] on 27th Sept. The order was not executed by Snap deal due to out of stock. Finally the order was cancelled on 6th October. We had already registered our complaint by telephonically. They have provided us reference no. 10512824 on 16th October. On next day i.e. 17th October they have provide us refund reference CCABI1EOP860. But sorry to say, till date fund i.e. Rs. 1207 was not refunded in my account. Many times i have called at customer care no [protected] but till now no action has been taken at your end and every time customer care executive asked me to wait for 48 hours and again given me the RRN number [protected]. its now near about two months has been passed but no refund is received in my account. We request you to check at your end & take immediate action, accordingly.
