Snapdeal.com — Return of defective item

I had booked Realme 5i flip cover vide order ID [protected]on 6.3.2021 and was delivered to me on 8.3.2021 as per invoice no SDO094F/20/20533 dt 6.3.2021.
After opening the package, the item was found defective with improper size and return request was made. The pick up was arranged on 10.3.2021 and pickup person refused the pickup saying that you have wrong request.
It is requested that the defective piece be picked up and money returned.
