They are having pathetic service...
It's one month and no news form my refund too.
snapdeal customer care told me i that i payed from credit card..
In my family, NO ONE IS HAVING ANY CREDIT CARD, I HAVE NEVER USED ANY CREDIT CARD. I payed through debit card.
After this he is asking my debit card details, i cancelled the product on 18th Oct and on 19th Nov, you are asking me my bank details. WT* ??
Refund initiated on 29th Oct after snapdeal got to know that they have already received product before 24th Oct.
Also last night i received a mail from snapdeal that my issue is not for wrangler jeans but for bajaj mixer with 3 jar, which is rubbish.Adding images check out same ticket no' for both products.
Is there any process in SNAPDEAL or just change your website name to aao-loot-jao.com .
