Snapdeal is not taking return of product purchased. Got a message from Snapdeal that “ There has been a delay in picking up the product by our courier partner due to unavoidable reasons. However, I have rescheduled the return request, and our courier partner will pick up the product within the next 2-3 days.” Today when I called the status, it shows as return request closed. I did not receive any call from courier person or Snapdeal before closing the return request and there is no way to connect with them over phone. Order ID: [protected] place on 14 Feb 2021.
