I made an order for a book on snapdeal with Order Id [protected] on September 2. I received the book on September 8 which turned out to be a fake copy. The quality of the pages is poor, the print margins are off and there is no scratch code on the book which is gives access to online content of the book. I created a replacement request which I thought needed some more details. So I asked the customer care to cancel the current replacement request. So I can create a new one with edited details. My replacement request is canceled but now I don’t see any option to create another one. Their customer care is no longer responding. Their is no other option for me to contact them.
