[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Snapdeal is not sending pick-up person

I received product on 29/6/2021 product ( ROYAL PHONE SHOKET HOLDER) quantity is very bad I request for return of product immediately on 29/6/2021 till today 01/7/2021 no one come for pick my return of product is having 7 days limit from the date of delivery when I am asking for help to Customer care they are just saying that wait for another 24-48 hours but till now I didn't got any help. No one is answering my call in customer service
