I had ordered a doll from Snapdeal but they sent me the wrong product, so when I initiated a refund they said that they would refund my money using SD cash even when I insisted for a bank transfer. After that whenever I tried ordering a product using that SD cash it would never work, I called customer service multiple times and they would just give some excuse everytime. Then suddenly after an year of that refund the SD cash got expired. This was not bonus amount which snapdeal had given to me but my own money that got refunded. If it was about to expire they should have transferred the money to my account or at the least notified me on that. I had got multiple notifications about their products and promotions through email, sms and app notifications but not even a single notification about my SD cash expiry. This is nothing but ROBBERY & FRAUD!! I just want my money back and nothing more.
