Snapdeal.com — Snapdeal seller is not clearing payments

Creating snapdeal seller account was not a good decision, they are really cheating with sellers. I have successfully delivered orders worth 7000+ but we never get paid by snapdeal even after creating multiple tickets pending for several weeks no one is looking in it. They just reply that no able to connect over phone, they never call and they do not have any seller support contact number even.
We always begging for clearing the pending money and never get paid. Poor courier pickup support they always pickup late and we have to pay the fine for it.
