I purchased from snapdeal the iball slide 0900 16 gb tablet online prepaid wide order id [protected] on 11.11.15 and received on 21.11.15.The product was defective.Return was requested on 21.11.15.I send the product to delhi nangloi office Snapdeal Nangloi JAT, Veena Enclave, Khasra No 924, Nangloi Railway Station, New Delhi-110041and booked for return on 23.11.15, but they did not claim the return of product.I completed all the formalities of return.Than why are you cheating me and making fool to supply defective order and not taking it back.My regd.mobile no.is [protected] and regd. email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com.Iam sending the receipt of return.
