[Resolved]  Snapdeal — got a fake sony earphone and they're are not calling for support

Got a sony ex750ap earphones black color. Recieved my order in blue and the outer box was damaged. I opened and checked and instantly knew it was fake. The sony text was black and misplaced and the earbud was off and partially broken. When contacting customer care they keep asking me to confirm with the brand. Now isn't that obvious i'm getting cheated. I'm asking them to call me but they aren't. What can i do now
