placed on 24 Aug 2021 shows cancelled but my account has been debited. I did not cancel the order. Many chats and 6 emails from Snapdeal mention 72 hours, 48 hours for refund. 192 hours later still I have not received a refund. I am tired of communicating with them. Please help. Thank you
