We get an Intex cloud swift phone through snapdeal. The device has some problem. We are not able to call in the contact list, so we planned to return the phone, but snapdeal did not take back the phone, so I dono what to do. Then why the snapdeal told that with in 7 days, they will get back the product if the people not like that or any problem in the product. One main thing, when we tried to call the customer care, it asks press 3 for tamil, but when we press 3, it continue in english only, some peoples dono tamil, how they explain their problem without knowing English or Hindi. Just I want to submit the product and hereafter I will not purchase anything in the snapdeal. I am very much frustrated. Was this information helpful? |
