Snapdeal — My compensation is not paid back, its been a month

Hi,

I had a very bad experience in getting my compensation from Snapdeal.

I brought a product from snapdeal(Worth of RS 24, 000/-).
They have delivered the product with broken seal, as the seal is broken they have agreed to pay me a compensation of RS 2400/- on 24 October 2015.
I have shared my bank details on the same day and the amount is supposed to be credited in 4 business days.

They haven't initiated it until i have called them after 4 business.

for the above mistake they have agreed to pay me Rs 4500/- on Nov 5th. They even sent a confirmation mail.

From Nov 5th till today I haven't received any amount. The response is very negative and with out any intimation they have place the item for reverse pick up.

To install that product, i have spent Rs 10, 000/- from my pocket.

I have asked them, if you are taking back the product then pay me my Rs 10000/-

They are not responding to me in a proper way.

I have received a call from Lal Thomas(Snap deal on Nov 26 2015), requested to wait and i have waited for couple more days due to the complaint which i have raised in consumer complaints.
I really dont understand why snap deal is not providing me an update


Some one help them...
Or Snap deal do you want me to help in your technical issues ???????

I dont know whether your team is willing to me pay me or not.

If you are willing to pay me my money, then take back your product and pay me my installation charges and damages happened to me(RS 10, 000/-) and then take back your product

As you have delayed me a lot, Pay me 7500/- to my account as compensation.

I need response from you.
