Snapdeal — Wrong shipment

I bought a product from snap deal .They delivered both the product in same color .The product was on COD so I paid for the same .I requested for the return and exchange .Again the product which they have shipped is wrong .This has happened second time I believe in a process and customer oriented organization repeated error is not possible several times .Its shows their working style and commitment towards their work .The customer care executive also shared the wrong information, when I complained about wrong size after receiving the acknowledgement mail. Am really annoyed by this and asked them today to refund my money without any replacement.

y contact no is [protected].You guys do not have the same product in the same price its showing a higher cost now because of that you are bothering me so much .I cancelled the product kindly arrange a return with the correct size .
