Snapmint delivered fake airdopes, when i call to thir excetive he said that you can claim your waranty at boat life style website, but its not original product so how can i claim waranty at boat website.finally i say that snapmint is fake website they delivered fake products...

After 9 days, my order is still shows preparing for dispatch,
i also trying to contact through Customer care no. but call not connected, always says that THANKS FOR CALLING SNAPMINT. What the hell is this.

before that i use KISTT app for buy products on EMI but after hearing good reviews of Snapmint, i starts using this,

BUT now i preffer everyone to STAY AWAY FROM SNAPMINT

I opted for a 3 months EMI plan offer( Rs.849 for 3 months) by snapmint while making a purchase through a website called Street Style Store.

I paid every emi on time and even received a NOC certificate as well however it’s been showing as an active loan under all the credit apps . I checked for my CIBIL score and active loans under different accounts and it’s showing as active everywhere even though it’s fully paid.br...

My Snapmint Order ID- 6330674 was placed on 14th December 2022 but again I received a message from Snapmint saying that they are not able to process my order and will be giving a Amazon voucher of the same amount if I give a missed call on their number and if i don't give any miss call within 2 days they will refund my Down payment money, but now it's 22nd December 2022 still neither I have received any Amazon voucher nor any refund.. kindly...

My product not receive. I place my order in 30 November but this status is stop preparing for dispatch. I am very angry for snapmint. Snapmint customer service tell me my product when is receive....

I am trying to reach customer service since 2-3 days, from call, chats still no response.
The call asks to dial 1 or 2 and after dialing they disconnect call saying no response also the give no response on chats.
Who will guide us than?
My order from street style store has been cancelled due to no stock available and now I have to cancel it from snapmint too.
And stop my emi's and get my refund money.

And i did all emi's on time and never due your emis late etc. But you closed my account for no reasons and in my cibil your loan is still active please close is loan my phone number is +91 [protected] and reopen my account because i didn't late your payments or late....
