Sodexo — Amount not refunded to my wallet for declined transaction.

On 31st March 2022 i had place order from zomato. First time the transaction get declined but amount Rs.314 get deducted from my wallet. That cancelled transaction amount Rs.314 not get refunded into my wallet.
On second transaction that order get placed and Rs.314 are also debited from my wallet.
