Sodexo — Did not received my new sodexo card

Address: Statestreet India Pvt Ltd, 2nd knowledge city, silpa craft gram, Hitech city, Hyderabad, Pin-500081

I have replaced my existing card with new sodexo card, but i did not received any communication.

Also, I have not received my monthly amount this month in my account due to my primary card is got blocked.

Could you please help me to get it ASAP.
