Sodexo is issuing new cards and have asked all existing card holders to use the balance within 3 months before 30th June 2023.
There is no option to transfer balance from old card to new card even though the old cards have enough time to expiry.
No one replies to the mails nor anyone picks up when contacted on their grievance number.
This is unfair on the part of Sodexo that they will just enjoy consumer money just because they want to issue new cards! It is a clear fraud which the government agencies should consider. Was this information helpful? |
