Merchant swiggy 18th may 2018 confirmed cancellation of order [protected] (Domino pizza) and initiated refund of rs376 back in my sodexo card no is [protected]. I mailed this to sodexo on 20th may. Reminder mail sent on 5th june. Mail had necessary info. Case reference no#sr[protected] got generated. 2nd reminder sent to sodexo on 7th june and 3rd reminder on 12th june. Today i have mailed to head. Customerservice.[protected]@sodexo.com. This id is controlled by arindam sarkar (Head customer service at sodexo). Also marked to sunanda. [protected]@sodexo.com who is senior manager in customer experience of sodexo. Other ids that are regularly marked are cardsupport.[protected]@sodexo.com, [protected]@india. Sodexo.com, [protected]@zeta.com, wecare.[protected]@sodexo.com.
