Sodexo — Zomato order cancelled but amount didn't refunded

Ordered food on zomato. After paying the amount from sodexo meal card, the order cancelled. The amount has been deducted from the sodexo account and the hotel didn't received the payment, so the order got cancelled. And the deducted amount have not been refunded to the sodexo account.
