Somany Tiles — regarding lose packet of tiles

Dear sir, i have bought approximately 1000sq foot of 'fine' quality green wood pine tiles from a local distributer in kanpur (UP), but at the time of delivery the seal of packets is broken, which created a doubt of discrepancy in quality authenticity. so, i wanted to know if there is any way to confirm the quality or where to lodge a complaint about it as no one attends the call on your toll free number.
