Sir,
I have purchased Sony Bravia 32 " LCD on 14.8.2010 from Sony Centre Chandra Vision vide Bill No, 2951 dated 14.8.2010. Model KLV-32BX300IN%(32"LCDTV).
Now multiple wrinkles develop across the Screen. Also from yesterday onwards a bubble like smoky eruption developed across the screen and it is spreading rapidly and picture is having white back ground.
Though TV is four years old which was purchased at a cost of Rs.32, 000/- and well protected with voltage stabilizer, I am not able to understand the hardware is developing unprecedented quality problem. I have been a genuine SONY customer for the last 10 years and made many a big purchases of your brand.
It is highly disgusting to know that your service centre seeks to charge around 15, 000/- rupees to set right this problem.
I hope World Brand Leader of yours should not penalise a loyal customer to suffer this heavy burden. We cannot accept TV within 4years gets worn out.
Please respond to this complaint by suitably attending to this problem treating this as warranty complaint.
